A Cloud Marketplace 2nd Line Support Analyst focuses on providing advanced technical support for cloud-based systems and services As a Cloud Marketplace 2nd Line Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for: Respond to 2nd line support issues within customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to cloud services, including issues with virtual machines, storage, and networking Monitor cloud systems and proactively identify and resolve issues Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd Line Support or Cloud Service Providers Document all support activities and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and deploy cloud solutions We'd love you to have Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Experience with C#, MVC including RESTful API development and consumption with JSON Experience within SOA/API architecture Systems integration development Web Services development and consumption Excellent troubleshooting skills for both cloud and on-premises systems We also acknowledge that the confidence gap and imposter syndrome are a real thing and can get in the way of us meeting fantastic talent, so please don't hesitate to apply – we would love to hear from you!
