As Finance Administrator (Credit Control), you'll be at the centre of the finance function — ensuring timely payments, managing customer accounts, and keeping financial processes running smoothly. This isn't just about chasing debt; it's about building strong relationships, resolving queries quickly, and making sure the business has the visibility it needs to grow.
You'll manage the sales ledger, monitor overdue accounts, and work closely with both customers and the sales team to resolve queries. You'll also take responsibility for new customer setup, credit checks, and direct debit onboarding, while providing holiday cover across AP and AR. It's a varied, hands-on role with plenty of scope to take ownership.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years' transactional finance experience (credit control, AP, AR), strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail. Experience with Xero or Netsuite is desirable but not essential. Just as important are your communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships while keeping things moving.
