As CPCO, you will lead the People Team to build an inclusive, collaborative culture across The CHC. You will drive recruitment, retention and succession planning, advise leaders on people and culture, and shape a sustainable People Strategy as part of the Executive Leadership Team.

What are we looking for?
CIPD‑qualified senior HR leader with extensive experience in people strategy, HR governance and culture change. Proven in recruiting, engaging and retaining volunteers, building high‑performing HR teams, designing policies and quality standards, and collaborating with executives to deliver sustainable, people‑centred outcomes.
What will you be doing?
As Chief People & Culture Officer, you will sit on The CHC Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO and accountable to the Board of Trustees. You will lead all People & Culture activity across The CHC and its projects (CFK and FAS), translating strategy into SMART goals, building and leading the People Team, owning all HR and people matters, shaping culture and policies, and proactively managing people-related risks and quality standards.
