Are you an ambitious marketing leader with a passion for education? Inspired Learning Group (ILG) is seeking an exceptional Group Head of Marketing & Admissions to shape and drive our group-wide marketing, admissions, and commercial strategy across a dynamic portfolio of schools and nurseries.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and admissions strategies to drive student recruitment, retention, and brand growth across all ILG schools, including nurseries, prep, and through schools. The role also oversees commercial income generation through summer camps and facility rentals.

The postholder will provide strategic direction, hands-on leadership, and operational oversight, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the group and a seamless, positive experience for prospective families and commercial clients.

Lead and deliver the marketing, admissions, and commercial strategy for all ILG schools, ensuring brand consistency and high standards.
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) to boost enquiries, raise brand awareness, and support student recruitment.
Supervise and develop a high-performing team of Marketing & Admissions Managers.
Analyse campaign and admissions data, reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support commercial activity, including summer camps and facility rentals, maximising income and aligning with our brand values.
Collaborate with school leaders, internal teams, and external agencies to deliver results.
Significant experience in a senior marketing and/or admissions leadership role, ideally in education or a multi-site service organisation.
Strong digital marketing, brand management, and project management skills.
Experience leading teams, managing complex projects, and working with external agencies.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and the principles and practice of effective customer relationship management
Commercially astute, creative, and results-driven.
Awareness of GDPR, safeguarding, and compliance in marketing and admissions.

Experience in the independent schools sector.
Knowledge of commercial income generation in education (e.g., summer camps, facility rentals).
Marketing qualification or relevant degree.

Inspired Learning Group is a growing group of independent senior schools, preparatory schools and nurseries in the UK. We do this by striving to inspire each individual pupil to achieve the personal and social development and the academic result which best matches his or her personality and talents.

The role will involve a blend of home working and working at our head office in Stanmore (Inspired Learning Group, Georgian House, Park Lane, Stanmore Middlesex HA7 3HD). Frequent travel to the schools within the Inspired Learning Group will also be required.
