Store Supervisor role at Ryman
Are you looking to join our team? If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to sharpen your skills and become a Supervisor working 16 hours per week.
What will this role involve?
As a Store Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting the store management team, driving forward turnover and revenues based on lean principles, and serving as an ambassador of the Ryman brand.
What will you be responsible for?
* Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the wider Theo Paphitis Retail Group by learning everything about the business and sharing knowledge with customers
* Provide a consistent high level of customer service to help make Ryman the number one High Street stationer
* Drive a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring all team members engage with customers enthusiastically and assist with colleague training using available tools
* Ensure the security and accuracy of all company systems and that all systems are used according to company policies and procedures
* Promote high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, maintaining continuous achievement
* In the absence of the Store/Deputy Manager assume full accountability for the overall security and safety of the store, motivate colleagues to drive sales, liaise with the Retail Support Centre, and support with weekly time sheets
