Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Team Leader Care & Support team - housing on a 6 months contract with a possibility of further extension.
We urgently seek a Team Leader/Manager to support our new Care & Support team for vulnerable residents in Housing. This team conducts outbound Tenancy Housing reviews, gathering extensive tenancy information and identifying household vulnerabilities.
The role involves:
Coaching and developing a team for exceptional customer service.
Setting and achieving personal and business objectives.
Driving performance improvement through effective coaching and 121s.
Managing underperformance positively.
Enhancing the team's quality and output.
Acting as an escalation point for residents.
Requirements:
Experience in developing teams to exceed KPIs.
Excellent coaching skills to foster a coaching culture.
Adaptability, resilience, and role modeling for colleagues.
Data-driven approach to service improvement and staff development.
