As a Year 4 Teacher, You Will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your Year 4 class.
* Inspire a love for learning by creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Support students in becoming independent learners, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing feedback that encourages personal growth and development.
* Collaborate with a passionate and dedicated team to share ideas, resources, and best practices.
* Engage with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child’s progress and development.
* Participate in school-wide activities, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, and QTS or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly in Year 4.
* A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and a creative approach to lesson planning.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Passion for inspiring young minds and helping children discover the joy of learning.
