We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to support the successful delivery of a high-profile programme in a complex and fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for coordinating across multiple workstreams, providing governance, assurance, and oversight to ensure effective planning, risk management, and progress tracking. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an integrated programme schedule covering multiple workstreams and critical dependencies. Drive strategic alignment across the portfolio by identifying mutual impacts and facilitating programme cohesion. Lead risk management activities and facilitate plan health checks to improve project maturity. Produce and report delivery metrics to support continuous improvement and audit compliance. Provide logistical and governance support in coordination with shared services and audit teams. Work closely with senior stakeholders and programme leadership, preparing C-level communication materials. About You: Proven experience leading PMO functions in complex programme environments. Meticulous attention to detail with a methodical, structured approach. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build credibility at senior levels. Self-starter with strong analytical, planning and organisational skills. Experience with assurance, audit processes, and metrics-based reporting. Deliverables include: Integrated milestone-level plans and critical path tracking. Monthly risk updates and plan health reviews. Programme-wide delivery audits and improvement recommendations. Targeted problem resolution for delivery blockers. Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site in the North West
