Architect (ARB/RIBA Registered) – Residential Planning FocusLocation: Hybrid / West LondonSalary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annumJob Type: Full-timeOn behalf of our client, a well-established and forward-thinking architectural practice based in London, we are seeking a talented and registered Architect to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion, within a practice that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation.The RoleThe successful candidate will bring strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a client-focused approach. You will be involved in all RIBA work stages, lead project teams, and play a key role in shaping sustainable, buildable, and visually compelling architectural solutions.Key Responsibilities * Lead the design and delivery of residential and mixed-use schemes * Manage architectural projects through all stages, from concept to completion * Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture * Work closely with clients to understand and translate their vision * Create high-quality architectural drawings using CAD and 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, Revit, AutoCAD) * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle * Ensure all work complies with relevant planning, building regs, and health & safety standards * Deliver projects on time and within budgetRequirements * ARB and/or RIBA Registered Architect (essential) * Minimum 2 years’ UK-based experience in residential and commercial projects * Demonstrable residential planning experience (essential) * Skilled in 3D modelling software * Strong project management and organisational skills * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team * Right to work in the UKAdditional Information * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Work Setup: Hybrid working (remote and office-based in NW10) * Relocation: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to NW10 or plan to relocate before startingIf you're a driven Architect looking to take your next step in a supportive and design-led studio, we would be keen to hear from you
