Full-Time | £30,000 + Bonus | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

A growing, family-run business that specialises in high-quality healthcare products is looking for a Customer Excellence / Sales Advisor to join their customer service sales support team.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries
*
Process quotes and customer orders accurately and efficiently
*
Provide product and sales advice to clients and customers
*
Resolve order updates, delivery queries, and aftersales issues
*
Manage the sales inbox and log customer cases
*
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery
What You’ll Need

Previous experience in a customer service or telephone-based sales role
*
Excellent listening and communication skills
*
Strong rapport-building ability and a calm, empathetic approach
*
Proficiency with CRM and order processing systems
*
Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
*
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-moving, collaborative team
