Overview
We are looking for experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor at £32,000 p.a. Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week March to October and 30 hours per week November to February. Job requires travel between various sites in line with daily work schedule.
Responsibilities
The role involves travelling between multiple sites according to a daily schedule, ensuring grounds are maintained to the highest standard while supporting and guiding your team.
Essential attributes
* Current clean driving license and ability to tow large trailers
* Ability to obtain Enhanced DBS Clearance
* Ability to pass police vetting
* Appropriate supervisory experience
* PA1 & PA6a certificates
* Saturday work twice a month paid as overtime
* Good communication skills with management, site users and colleagues
* Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
* Experience with cylinder mowers and other large machinery
* Practical experience of undertaking grounds maintenance tasks
Desirable attributes
* Knowledge of plants and carrying out planting to bedded areas
* Robot line marking
* Mower repairs
