About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance, leading a high-energy team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll deputise for the Store Manager when required and help ensure every operational detail runs smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
* Supporting the Store Manager in delivering strong commercial results
* Ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
* Driving sales performance and exceeding store targets
* Managing stock levels and overseeing daily stock ordering
* Maintaining high standards of compliance, presentation and efficiency

* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager within retail or hospitality
* A hands‑on leadership style with a passion for achieving targets
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, solution‑focused mindset
* Flexibility to travel within a 45‑minute radius to support nearby stores
* The ability to prioritise, delegate and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment
