Midday Supervisor
Location: High Wycombe
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 11:45am – 1:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking to appoint a reliable and caring Midday Supervisor to join a supportive school in High Wycombe.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring pupils are safe, happy and well supported during lunchtime. The successful candidate will supervise children in the dining hall and playground, promoting positive behaviour and supporting pupils’ wellbeing.
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience working in an educational setting
* Have experience supporting children with SEN (preferred)
* Be patient, approachable and confident working with children
* Support positive behaviour and encourage inclusive play
* Be reliable and committed to working 5 days per week
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising pupils during lunch in the dining hall and playground
* Supporting children with additional needs where required
* Promoting safe, respectful and positive behaviour
* Responding appropriately to minor incidents and reporting concerns

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
