The Senior Management Accountant Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Group Accounting, you'll take ownership of several key regional entities - overseeing month-end reporting, forecasting, cashflow, and tax compliance. You'll work closely with senior management, auditors, and external advisors, providing financial insight and control to support strategic decision-making across the region.
What You'll Do
1. Manage end-to-end financial reporting for EMEA entities
2. Deliver accurate management accounts, P&L reviews, and commentary for group consolidation
3. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and regional business partnering activities
4. Oversee audits, tax filings, and compliance across multiple territories
5. Monitor cashflows and manage intercompany recharges and repatriations
6. Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency
About You
7. Qualified ACA (or equivalent) with strong technical grounding in management and financial accounting
8. Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency reporting, ideally within an international or advisory-led business
9. Advanced Excel user; NetSuite experience an advantage
10. Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident communicator with senior stakeholders
