Key Responsibilities:
* Support event operation tasks including but not limited to; booking accommodation, travel and on-site catering for the live sporting events
* To support company’s CEO on administrational tasks and diary management
* Coordinate booking all staff working on the events
* Support on general administration of players competing in the events
* Produce clear and concise travel and meeting schedules for site visits
* Manage multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs
* Onsite support at all events, event operations, player logistics and hospitality
Skills and Experience:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to details
* Strong IT skills including confident on Microsoft office suite
* Attention to detail in own work
* Ability to liaise with stakeholders both internally and externally
* Industry awareness of live events
* Bring innovation, be creative and able to think outside the box
* Ability to work to budget
* Willingness to be flexible on days/hours worked as well as company’s CEO out of hours
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to travel to multiple countries and be away for lengthy periods
