We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to spearhead complex operational and technology initiatives. Tasks
As a Project Manager at DigX, your responsibilities will include:
* Orchestrating comprehensive transformation programmes from inception to completion, encompassing strategic planning, flawless execution, and stakeholder alignment
* Overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams spanning business operations, technology integration, and seamless service transitions
* Directing cross-functional teams to ensure punctual delivery of critical milestones and deliverables
* Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), robust governance frameworks, and detailed transition strategies
* Leading strategic workshops and steering committee meetings to drive stakeholder consensus and eliminate project impediments
* Proactively identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and change impacts while implementing effective mitigation strategies
* Contributing to the development and deployment of Target Operating Models (TOMs) and comprehensive service blueprints
Requirements
The ideal Project Manager candidate will possess:
* Demonstrated expertise in project management within consultancy or large-scale transformation environments
* Deep understanding of operational frameworks, TOM methodology, and corporate governance structures
* Outstanding communication abilities and proven stakeholder management experience
* Exceptional capacity to balance competing priorities while consistently delivering under pressure
* Advanced proficiency in project manager tools and methodologies (including Agile, Prince2, PMP)
* Substantial experience collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and external vendor partnerships
