The Opportunity
Join our founding team as Event Coordinator with immediate impact and exceptional visibility. Working 15-20 hours weekly (remotely with London meetings), you'll gain hands-on experience across marketing, operations, and high-profile event management. For the ambitious professional, this offers rapid growth potential and direct exposure to industry leaders.
Your Impact
* Drive attendee engagement through personalized communications and registration management
* Become the voice of our brand across digital channels and direct communications
* Create compelling content for our LinkedIn presence and executive audience
* Serve as first point of contact, ensuring premium experience for C-level participants
* Research and coordinate with elite vendors and partners
* Manage event logistics with meticulous attention to detail
* Deliver exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless operations across all aspects of the event
About You
* Self-motivated professional with 2+ years in marketing, events, or executive support
* Graduate of a reputable university with demonstrated academic achievement
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Naturally detail-oriented with impeccable follow-through
* Confident and poised when interacting with senior executives
* Quick to adapt and solution-focused under pressure
* Tech-savvy with strong productivity tool proficiency
* Based in London with flexibility to vary hours as needed
Practical Details
* Flexible 15+ hours weekly, increasing closer to the event
* Primarily remote with periodic in-person meetings in London
