Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated engineer to enhance platform reliability, security and performance. This role focuses on identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, strengthening API security and hardening infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive automation, improve system resilience and collaborate across engineering and security teams to ensure a robust and scalable environment

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering roles
* Strong understanding of system reliability, scalability and performance tuning
* Knowledge of security principles, vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening
* Experience with API security, authentication, authorization, rate limiting, etc.
* Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools e.g., Splunk
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
* Experience with automation and scripting: Python, Bash or similar
* Strong problem-solving skills and experience in incident management
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve platform reliability, availability and performance
* Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities across systems and applications
* Strengthen API security and implement best practices for secure integrations
* Harden infrastructure to reduce attack surfaces and improve system resilience
* Automate monitoring, incident response and remediation processesLead root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures
* Enhance observability through logging, metrics and tracing solutions
* Collaborate with engineering and security teams to enforce security and reliability standards
* Continuously improve system health through proactive issue detection and prevention
* Support high availability and disaster recovery strategies
