We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern:
Varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings until 11pm (store closing), and weekends. The specific shifts will be discussed at the interview. Full, paid training is provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!).
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant by stocking shelves properly, and maintaining accurate prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to promote learning.
5. Support the local community by participating in various activities and events.
