🔧 Role & Responsibilities
* Deliver a full range of building surveying services – defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys, and refurbishment/new build projects
* Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice
* Prepare reports, specifications, and schedules of work
* Oversee contract administration and project delivery
* Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team
