The post holder will be required to deliver practical and theory lessons and monitor students’ progress as part of the tutoring role. This exciting role will include: • Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions on various hairdressing topics • Assess students’ work and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development • Develop and update course materials to reflect current industry standards and practices • Support students in achieving their qualifications and career goals • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our beauty programs.
