Are you a seasoned company secretary ready for your next career move?

Our client, a respected accountancy firm, is looking for a skilled and client-focused Company Secretarial Specialist to join its team. This is a key role with significant impact – enhancing service delivery, strengthening client relationships and contributing to business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead on company restructures, capital reductions, share transactions and buybacks
* Attend and minute client board meetings with accuracy and professionalism
* Maintain up-to-date records using Diligent Entities and ensure full statutory compliance
* Incorporate new companies and prepare supporting documentation
* Manage approval processes for accounts and prepare dormant company accounts
* Advise clients on corporate governance matters and liaise directly to support their needs
* File required documents with Companies House and the Charity Commission
* Draft client proposals and support business development initiatives
* Oversee billing, contribute to special projects, and support/supervise junior staff
* Represent the firm at industry events and internal functions

Working Model

Hybrid – 2 days in-office per week

Key Skills

This role would be ideally suited to an individual with strong experience across professional services in a company secretarial capacity and Diligent Entities. CGI qualifications are not essential, but they will be held in high regard.
