Nurse Manager Salary: £56,000£58,000 per annum Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00am5:00pm Location: Office-based, Ballynahinch, Co. We are currently seeking an experienced and caring Nurse Manager to lead the clinical operations of the home and manage a committed multidisciplinary team. The Role As Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are consistently achieved. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop the nursing and care teams while promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
