Community Projects Manager
Fixed‑term contract to 31 March 2027 with the possibility of extending for a further year subject to Arts Council England funding. 22.5 hours per week. Salary £36,363 – £38,220 per annum. Pay award still pending.
We are recruiting a Community Projects Manager to oversee the successful delivery of participatory arts projects and activities with community groups across Newark and Sherwood. You will coordinate and monitor projects, manage budgets, and deliver funded projects with rigorous monitoring and evaluation.
You will be an experienced arts project manager, passionate about partnership working, and care deeply about communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to delivery in a co‑created, participatory environment, and will be a brilliant communicator and collaborator, capable of working flexibly across multi‑stranded projects.
Open Doors is part of Heritage and Culture services at Newark and Sherwood District Council and is a National Portfolio Organisation funded by Arts Council England.
