We are recruiting for a UK Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team, reporting to Head of Customer Services. Role and responsibilities • Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner, building strong relationships • Responding to sales queries and price enquiries via phone and e-mail • Providing sales support to our UK Business Development Management team • Processing and scheduling of customer orders and ordering additional items required • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents. • Preparation of basic quotations and follow up • Updating our Company’s database • Generating paperwork for production requests and delivery notes • Making follow-up calls and emails • Follow up delivery schedules, identifying products required by the customer and ensuring queries are dealt with in a proactive and timely manner • Follow up quotations This is not a full and comprehensive list of duties of the job.
