This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and well rounded Payroll Manager seeking an opportunity within a diverse and fast paced organisation.
Salary
* £45-48,000pa
Job Duties:
1. Payroll Processing
2. Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
3. Reviewing the posting of monthly payroll journals and control account reconciliations and Payment of PAYE
4. Supporting with and reporting on the administration of pension contributions, auto-enrolment and communications.
5. Overseeing holiday, absence and sick pay and statutory sick pay calculations and deductions.
6. Ensure the team are supported with all Tax Year-End procedures are run including P60's.
7. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including tax withholding and reporting.
8. Lead and manage the payroll department staff, providing training, guidance, and support.
