The Employment Service offers confidential peer support to improve the employability of individuals through asset-based mentoring, with support to identify individual strengths, goals and develop connections within their local communities.
Through peer mentoring people experiencing mental health struggles and/or substance use will develop trusting relationships to share their stories and inspire people to achieve their goals.
The service works with people to develop their confidence, identify goals and provide a pathway for people seeking employment, training or volunteering opportunities, as well as creating meaningful community connections.
As a peer mentor, you will work to improve the employability of people who are affected by mental health and Substance issues, to help them gain and obtain sustainably work based opportunities.
