Information about the role:
* Responsible for customers during aftersales visits, providing excellent levels of customer service and rapport building
* Booking customers in for maintenance and repair
* Maintain excellent communication with customers, updating on the progress of their vehicle
* Accurate maintenance of records and appropriate systems

* Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
* Efficient, courteous and a can-do attitude
* Professional and friendly approach, with a history of customer service
* Full clean UK driving licence
