Solicitor - Real Estate - NQ-2 years PQE - Exeter

Salary: Competitive, £56,000 to £70,000
Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm, currently seeking a junior Solicitor to join their thriving Real Estate team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 2 years' PQE to develop their career within a highly respected property practice.
The Role
This is a hands-on and client-facing position, offering exposure to a broad range of real estate matters. Responsibilities include:
* Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Handling landlord and tenant transactions
* Supporting real estate finance and development projects
* Working with clients across sectors including investment, infrastructure, and housebuilding
* Delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to team success
Candidate Requirements
* Up to 2 years' PQE in real estate law
* Experience gained at a respected city, national or regional firm
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and client care abilities
* A proactive, pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving
* Genuine enthusiasm for property law and sector developments
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth
