Role Description
This contract role as a Pharmacy Assistant L2 Apprentice is an on‑site position based in Chelmsford. The individual will assist with filling prescriptions, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness in the pharmacy, and providing customer service. Responsibilities also include handling customer inquiries, ensuring accurate records, and contributing to the efficiency of pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
* Experience or understanding of Prescription handling and Pharmacy operations
* Strong Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills
* Knowledge of Inventory Management processes and techniques
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
* Possess an ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Basic understanding of healthcare or pharmacy practice is an advantage
* Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
