Ratibz is a smart mobile application that helps dairy owners, subscription-based businesses, and local suppliers manage orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments – all in one place. We are growing rapidly and looking for energetic inside sales executives to expand our user base.
Job Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential dairy owners, tiffin suppliers, water suppliers and subscription business owners.
* Explain Ratibz features, benefits, and pricing clearly over the phone.
* Follow up with leads generated via campaigns, WhatsApp, and referrals.
* Maintain call logs, customer database, and sales pipeline in CRM.
* Schedule product demos and assist prospects in app installation & onboarding.
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
* Collect feedback from customers to improve sales pitch and product.
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
* Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day.
* Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
* Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
* Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales preferred, but not mandatory.
* Positive attitude and self-motivation to meet sales goals.
