Key duties
As an essential part of our healthcare team, you will:
 * Provide personal care, including feeding, hygiene and mobility assistance, to patients in theatres, acute wards and community settings.
 * Promote nutritional needs and support recovery and recuperation of patients on their journey to better health.
 * Work as a valued member of the West of England Eye Unit (WEEU) Theatres/DCU team, which is caring, compassionate and inclusive.
 * Participate in a comprehensive training and induction programme and benefit from ongoing learning and development opportunities.
Working pattern
The WEEU Theatre/DCU department operates 8 am‑6 pm Monday‑Friday, with additional on‑call commitments and weekend working hours. Shift patterns and working hours will be discussed during the interview.
Depending on your shift pattern, you may also receive additional pay enhancements.
