Shift Manager (Nights) Location: Sunday - Thursday nights | 11:30pm - 7:00am

The Shift Manager (Nights) will lead a team across four assembly lines in the high-care area responsible for ready-made and cooked meals.
You will be at the heart of overnight production, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a visible leadership role that plays a vital part in maintaining product quality, output, and team performance throughout the night shift. 40 across four production lines during night shifts
Drive operational performance against key metrics including productivity, waste, hygiene, and compliance
Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to develop frontline staff
Collaborate with other Shift Managers and Operations teams to ensure seamless shift transitions
Strong people management and communication skills
Previous experience in FMCG, food production, or manufacturing
Leadership experience in a high-care or hygiene-focused environment
