Job Title: Customer Services Advisor
Our client is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join their Customer Experience Team in Guernsey. The role involves working 37 hours per week on a shift rota basis.

* Provide professional and efficient support to customers via phone or online
* Handle customer queries, faults, and service requests
