Chesham House School is seeking an inspiring Assistant Headteacher to help lead our specialist SEMH provision for up to 20 young people aged 10–18. Chesham House School is an independent specialist provision which provides high quality, personalised education for up to 20 young people aged 10 to 18 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties and who are at significant risk. Our approach to education at Chesham School is to inspire and engage our learners through a range of positive learning experiences. You will:
* Lead on pastoral care, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.
* Support young people with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.
* Work closely with families, staff, and external professionals.
* Play a key role within the Senior Leadership Team.
* Promote high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and engagement.
* Support continuous school improvement and staff development.
