We’re working with a highly respected charitable care home in Pinner, rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead. This is a key leadership role within a unique care structure, offering the responsibility and scope of a Nurse Manager-level position in a non-profit setting. What You’ll Do: As Clinical Lead, you’ll oversee clinical standards and provide hands-on leadership to the nursing and care teams. You’ll work closely with the Head of Clinical Services to maintain high-quality care and ensure full regulatory compliance.
