The Role Advising a broad range of individuals and business clients on a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes, including: Debt recovery Shareholder and partnership disputes Warranty and contract disputes Professional negligence claims General commercial litigationYou will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and help grow the department's client base.
