Gortmore are working for a contractor who are looking for a Site Engineer on a Rail Civil’s project in the Bedfordshire area.

The Candidate Must
* Have Previous experience working on civils projects on groundworks, Ducting, Drainage and RC Frames.
* PTS is desirable.
* Must have excellent Knowledge of Laser Levels, Total Stations and GPS’s.
* Monitoring, manage, distribute project information to site team and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control is being carried out.
* Ensure the works are constructed to latest design and agreed Specification.
* Ensure Project QA is being carried out and site diary is maintained.
* Must be competent in Auto Cad, reading drawings and quantifying materials.
* Carry out ITP’s, KPI’s, RFI’s, etc.
* Have excellent communication skills and in distributing project information to work colleagues.
* Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
