Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support, guided by EHCPs and IEP targets
Helping pupils build confidence, independence and social communication skills
Working in partnership with class teachers, the SENCO, and specialist professionals
Supporting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement throughout the school day
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher)
Has experience supporting children aged 4-11 with SEN, particularly ASD and MLD
Is patient, adaptable and nurturing in their approach
Lives in or can commute easily to Brierley Hill
