Job Description
3. Lead the implementation of the Trust's income generation strategy
4. Represent the Trust externally to raise its profile and secure support
5. Cultivate high-value partnerships with businesses aligned to CSR objectives
6. Design and deliver an alumni engagement programme to encourage philanthropic giving
7. Develop compelling funding proposals and sponsorship packages
8. Act as the primary contact for external partners and donors
9. Support senior leaders in stewarding key relationships
10. Champion a culture of income generation across the Trust
11. Oversee and manage partnership databases to inform strategy
12. Collaborate on multi-channel campaigns with the marketing and communications team
The Successful Applicant
13. Proven experience in income generation, business development or fundraising
14. Strong track record of building strategic partnerships and securing funding
15. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
16. Knowledge of CSR, alumni engagement and philanthropic giving
17. Experience using CRM systems and data to inform strategy
18. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
What's on Offer
19. A competitive salary of £50,000pa + an additional £5000 for every 500k income generated, capped at £65,000pa.
20. Mainly remote working with occasional travel the the office in Nottinghamshire
