You’ll take charge of stock, rotas, ordering, and compliance and lead the way on quality, hiring, training, sales, reputation, and legacy. And whilst the curation of drinks and events sits within your remit, you must be someone one who brings your team along with you by coaching, encouraging and celebrating the talent and creativity of others.
