A Company located in West London, near Hanger Lane and Park Royal, in the NW10 area, is seeking Full-Time or Part-Time Care Coordinators for Domiciliary Care and Supported Living projects/schemes in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, South West London. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience managing or working as a Domiciliary Care Coordinator, Supported Living Care Coordinator, or in Respite Care Home settings for adults aged 18-60, including those who are elderly, have learning difficulties, autism, or challenging behaviours.
* Ability to communicate effectively with external professionals such as social services, brokerage teams, service users/clients, referral centres, local authorities, and government agencies.
* Health & Social Care NVQ Level 3 or working towards this qualification.
* Good administrative skills and understanding of office routines.
* Proactive, highly motivated, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
* Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
* Experience with daily office duties.
* Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
* Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and databases.
* Ability to work to deadlines with attention to detail.

* Experience conducting appraisals and staff supervision.
* Flexibility, honesty, discretion, and trustworthiness.
