Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Occupational Therapists on behalf of a respected private healthcare provider. These roles are based within hospital settings in both Peterborough and Milton Keynes, offering the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on rehabilitation and recovery for adults with complex needs.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for adults with neurological conditions, brain injuries, or mental health needs
2. Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, nurses, and support staff
4. Support service users in achieving independence and rehabilitation goals
5. Supervise junior staff and contribute to service development and clinical leadership
6. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audit and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
7. Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
8. HCPC registration
9. Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in neurorehabilitation or mental health settings
10. Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
11. Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable
12. Commitment to person-centred care and evidence-based practice
