Finance Integration Manager
Fixed Term Contract (9-12 Months)
The candidate will need to be able to spend two days each week onsite at Eclipse in Beckenham, two days at the Encore Uxbridge office, and one day working from home.
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (dependant on experience)

Role Overview
The Finance Integration Manager is primarily responsible for the finance integration execution to successfully integrate the Eclipse Finance Team into the Encore finance team, ensuring the day -to-day financial operations continue as well as providing key independent analytics into business performance.
Reporting directly to the CFO, EMEA and partnering with the senior leadership, this position will be accountable to provide rigorous financial analysis, leading finance integration workstreams through periods of transformation whilst ensuring the newly acquired business (Eclipse) is embedded quickly accurately and at scale.
In addition to these core duties, the EMEA Finance Manager will also be expected to identify and mitigate financial risks arising from integration activities, streamline financial reporting processes, and support change management initiatives. The role demands a proactive approach to key stakeholder engagement, fostering collaboration across both legacy and new teams to drive operational excellence and support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
12. Own and deliver end to end postmerger finance integration, including:
13. Integration, planning, and governance and execution
14. Synergy and costtoachieve tracking
15. Track all activity between Encore and Eclipse
16. Monthly Commentary / Analytics on Business Performance per Group Reporting
17. Support finance system and process integration, driving standardization across the region
18. Migration to Net Suite in Q4
19. Adoption of US GAAP reporting to Group Deadlines from UK GAAP
20. Adoption of Group Accounting Policies and Controls
21. Work with Encore EMEA and Global Finance teams on Tax and Treasury Activities
22. Migration to IFRS/FRS 102 for 2026 Statutory Reporting
23. Delivery alongside business, of highquality 2027 budget, forecasts, and rolling outlooks reflecting acquisition activity
24. Produce clear, insightful reporting for senior leadership and boards
25. Act as a trusted finance partner during periods of rapid change and transformation
Candidate Profile
26. Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA),
27. Strong FP&A background within acquisitive, complex, or PE‑backed organizations
28. Proven experience supporting M&A and finance integration
29. Advanced financial modelling and Excel capability
30. Comfortable operating at pace, managing ambiguity and multiple workstreams
31. Credible communicator with senior stakeholders
32. Must be able to commute to both Uxbridge and Beckenham
Competencies
33. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
34. Financial Modeling: Proficiency in building and maintaining financial models.
35. Forecasting and Budgeting: Expertise in forecasting and budgeting techniques.
36. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
37. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve financial issues.
38. Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, financial software, and other relevant tools.
39. Experience of NetSuite and Xero is desirable.
40. Business Acumen: Understanding Strong written and verbal communication skills
