HR Data Specialist
Talentmark are recruiting for a HR Data Specialist to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is hybrid, with 50% on site in Chester.
Salary:
£14.83 ph PAYE
HR Data Specialist Role:
1. Administration of time off, time tracking and leave of absence.
2. Support the integrity of employee records.
3. Monitor return to work actions.
4. Update Rewards Specialists and HR Advisors.
Your Background:
5. Working experience in time and absence.
6. Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
7. Experience in a similar role, in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Proficiency in German, Spanish or French would be a distinct advantage.
