We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join a busy Estate Agency office in the heart of Surbiton Village.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Generating and winning new business opportunities
* Conducting viewings and securing property sales
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
* Providing exceptional client service at every stage
* Maintaining accurate records and handling negotiations
* Spotting opportunities and closing deals efficiently
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Experience in residential property sales (preferred but not essential)
* Proven sales ability and a proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and telephone manner
* High level of customer service and professionalism
* Knowledge of Surbiton and surrounding areas (advantageous)
* Full UK Driving Licence and own car (essential)
* Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated individuals
