Summary The E-commerce Trading Manager will be responsible for driving online sales, profitability and brand growth for Oxford Vitality across its primary e-commerce channels, including the brand website, Amazon, eBay and international marketplaces. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering a best-in-class digital shopping experience, optimising conversion rates and traffic performance whilst ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. What will you do? Commercial & Trading Performance Sales & P&L Ownership: Manage daily performance and deliver against online sales, profit and margin targets. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs (revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, return rate and stock turn) to identify opportunities and risks. Forecasting & Budgeting: Contribute to demand planning, sales forecasting and budgeting across all digital channels. Promotional Strategy: Develop and execute a compelling promotion and campaign calendar aligned with stock, marketing and brand objectives. Brand, Marketplace and Website Management Merchandising & Taxonomy: Curate and optimise the product catalogue, ensuring accurate content, strong brand presentation and effective cross-selling/upselling. Search & Navigation: Enhance on-site search, filtering and taxonomy to improve discoverability and the overall shopping experience. Brand Consistency: Ensure Oxford Vitality’s brand tone, imagery and messaging are consistent across all digital touchpoints. Stock Coordination: Partner with Operations, Warehouse and Purchasing to manage availability, product launches and clearances efficiently. Performance Marketing & Optimisation CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation): Lead A/B testing and on-site experiments (pricing, content, UX) to improve conversion and AOV. SEO: Ensure site visibility, keyword performance and organic traffic growth. PPC & Paid Media: Support paid channel strategy (Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Meta etc.), ensuring ROI-focused campaigns that complement organic growth. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards) to translate insights into action. Competitor & Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor pricing and promotional activity to maintain a commercial edge. Cross-Functional Collaboration Operations & Logistics: Work closely with Operations, Warehouse and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Marketing & Creative: Align commercial activity with brand campaigns, new product launches, and content planning. Leadership Reporting: Present performance insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years in an E-commerce Sales, Brand or Commercial Management role, ideally within health, wellness, supplements or FMCG. Experience growing brands across global e-commerce markets. Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and marketplace reporting. Proven success managing Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), eBay or other B2C marketplace accounts. Experience with major platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. VWO, Google Optimize) would be preferred. Familiarity with search optimisation (SEO) and paid acquisition strategy (PPC). Experience growing brands across global e-commerce markets. Understanding of supplement and health product compliance and marketing guidelines. Why Join Us?
