Tem is a next-gen energy transactions company that changes the way renewable energy is bought, sold and powered. Rebalancing the playing field away from "Big Energy", tem creates affordable, traceable and smart energy transaction management tools.
Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and iterate the core products that power our employee lifecycle.
* You’ll start by owning onboarding.
* Conduct research and gather user feedback to identify pain points, turn this into insight into structured, elegant practices embedded in Notion and Slack always with your customers in mind.
* Track, measure, and report on adoption and impact of People products; drive continuous improvement through data-driven experimentation. Embedding feedback loops and tracking adoption.
* Own and continuously improve our onboarding “product” – from pre-start to end of probation.
* Design this using Notion and AI to make it scalable and automated.
* Obsess over the onboarding metrics (NPS / activation / time to productivity / modules completion rate / retention) and strive to constantly improve them.
* Collaborate with People Leaders & Experts to embed onboarding into performance rhythms.

Past Experience required:
* Experience designing and/or implementing People programs, HR platforms, or People Ops infrastructure in scaling or high-growth environments.
* Evidence of iterative product development or agile project management, ideally for internal-facing tools/processes.
* Proven success collaborating cross-functionally and delivering projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
* Have a systems-thinking mindset and get satisfaction from removing friction.
* Are fluent in Notion and have used Notion AI to build out learning modules that teams love to use.
