The successful candidate: Strong background in mechanical design within manufacturing or engineering Experience with 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred) Knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, and design for manufacture Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment Why Join?
