About The Role: This is a temporary position to cover annual leave and busy periods over summer. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will provide product or service information, resolve issues promptly and professionally, and maintain accurate customer records.
